Recently, a customer from Sudan visited the FEICHI vehicle manufacturing factory for on-site inspection and ordered a batch of grain transport semi trailers on site. Before the visit, the customer had already had a preliminary understanding of semi-trailer products from multiple manufacturers. During the docking process, FEICHI's foreign trade team inquired in detail about the customer's actual transportation scenario and recommended this grain transport semi-trailer to the customer. After several rounds of online communication, the customer showed a strong interest in FEICHI's proposed solution and immediately decided to personally visit the factory site to take a look.
Accompanied by the FEICHI sales and technical team, the Sudanese customer carefully visited the dedicated production line for grain transport semi trailers, and visited the cutting and welding workshop, assembly line, and finished vehicle parking area in sequence. The customer was very interested in this and not only repeatedly checked the volume and load parameters of the carriage, but also personally boarded the carriage to inspect the quality of the welds and the fit of the sealing strips.
This grain transport semi-trailer adopts a high-strength steel welded frame, with thickened and strengthened main and cross beams for strong load-bearing capacity. All welds inside the carriage have been polished and sealed with glue. There are no dead corners between the bottom and side plates, which can effectively prevent grain particles from leaking or leaving residues during transportation or unloading, and can effectively meet the long-distance transportation needs of local agricultural products.
This semi-trailer adopts mechanical suspension and is equipped with FUWA axles. The tires are 12R22.5 wear-resistant steel wire tires, suitable for driving on complex road conditions. The main steel has been upgraded with heat-resistant treatment and anti-corrosion coating according to the climate characteristics of Sudan. Customers can also flexibly equip with rainproof canopy cloth according to their needs to cope with sudden weather.
After completing a set of procedures, the customer was very satisfied with our semi-trailer. He told us that before coming to China, he had compared products from multiple manufacturers, but FEICHI's grain transport semi-trailer best met his needs. After he continues to expand his business scale, he will order several more semi-trailers with similar configurations.
