Recently, a group of customers from Sierra Leone visited the FEICHI vehicle manufacturing plant for a site inspection. They finalized the purchase of a batch of high-sided semi-trailers on the spot. Before the visit, the customers had already compared the semi-trailer products of several manufacturers. During the initial online communication stage, the FEICHI foreign trade team carefully inquired about the local actual transportation operation scenarios of the customers and, based on the customers' freight demands, focused on recommending the high-sided semi-trailers to the customers. After multiple rounds of online communication, the customers showed great interest in the product plan provided by us and decided to come to the factory for a site visit and verification.

Accompanied by FEICHI’s sales and technical staff, the customers toured the special production workshop for high‑sided semi‑trailers. They went through the cutting and welding workstations, the product assembly line, and the finished‑vehicle storage zone one after another.The customers paid close attention to the whole manufacturing workflow. They double‑checked core specifications including cargo box volume and rated load capacity many times. They took a close look at frame welding quality, side‑panel assembly gaps and locking‑part machining details, and carried out an on‑site quality check for the complete vehicles.

This high-sided semi-trailer is made of high-strength steel with thickened and strengthened main beams and crossbeams， featuring outstanding overall carrying capacity. The side panels of the vehicle are easy to disassemble and assemble， and the locking components are firm and reliable. It can accommodate the transportation of various goods such as agricultural products and daily necessities while ensuring the cargo space. The vehicle is equipped with a mechanical suspension system， paired with a well-known brand axle and 12R22.5 wear-resistant steel wire tires， which can adapt to the complex and changeable road conditions in Sierra Leone.

In response to the local hot and rainy climate conditions， the main steel of the vehicle is treated for heat resistance and anti-corrosion spraying， and the customers can also select rain shelters as needed to cope with sudden rainfall and fully meet the usage requirements of long-distance freight transportation in the region.
