A customer from Nigeria recently visited the FEICHI factory to check out our production in person. He runs a logistics business and was looking to expand transport capacity, mainly for hauling cement and fly ash.

Our sales managers walked him through the whole production line—from steel cutting and tank welding to painting and air tightness testing. He paid especially close attention to the materials and safety design of the cement tanker trailer, asking a lot of practical questions. He mentioned that local roads can be tough, with lots of dust, so if the trailer isn't built well, it just won't hold up.

After the tour, he was really satisfied with the cement tanker trailer quality. He said he had inquired with a few other suppliers, but seeing our actual production process and weld details made him feel confident. Right after we finished discussing the specs, he decided to go ahead and placed an order for one cement tanker trailer.

The cement tanker trailer he ordered has a 45 cubic meter tank made of high-strength alloy steel—light but very durable. It uses a pneumatic unloading system that works fast, with less than 0.3% of material left inside, so nothing goes to waste. The chassis is a three-axle design with wear-resistant tires, good for long-distance heavy loads. He also asked about after-sales support, and we confirmed a one-year warranty plus long-term parts supply.

He said visiting FEICHI in person was much better than just looking at pictures or videos. He plans to put this cement tanker trailer into use as soon as it arrives and will definitely reach out again if he needs more units later.

Before leaving, he said he would recommend FEICHI to other transport companies back home. He was happy with our help, and we're confident this trailer will make his cement transport work better and help him grow his business.
