During their visit, they toured every corner of the workshop, scrutinising each stage from welding procedures and automated main beam welding equipment to the full vehicle sandblasting and painting line. The dry bulk tanker trailer can be customized to meet customer requirements, offering various load capacities, materials, and axle configurations. After comprehensive inspections and technical discussions, the customer expressed approval of FEICHI's products and signed the purchase contract on the spot.

This dry bulk tanker trailer features selectable tank capacities and is specifically designed for bulk cement transportation. The unloading system utilizes pneumatic conveying, achieving speeds exceeding 1.5 tons per minute, significantly reducing trip times.

The tank body is constructed from robust, reliable materials while maintaining optimal weight control, resulting in lower fuel consumption during operation. Each unit undergoes 100% airtightness testing before leaving the factory to prevent material leakage during transit and minimize waste.

The chassis utilizes thickened high-strength steel, with reinforced suspension. The piping system features a simplified design and high component interchangeability, facilitating easier maintenance and part replacement.
