Last month, a 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer completed final assembly and commissioning at the FEICHI factory, ready to be sent to Cameroon.
Previously, customers used flatbed semi trailers and regular dump trucks, which relied on manual labor or forklifts to unload gravel and sand. It took at least one or two hours to unload a truck load. Although ordinary dump trucks can dump themselves, their tonnage is small and they cannot transport too much in one trip. After switching to a 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer, it can be pulled to a flat place on the construction site and lifted by hydraulic pressure in a few minutes to unload without the need for additional labor or equipment.
This 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer is equipped with a high-strength steel welded frame, with double layered reinforcement for both the main and auxiliary beams. The rear lifting part is specially supported by a triangle, which has good torsional resistance and lifting stability. The main body of the cargo compartment is made of Q345B high-strength structural steel, and the frame and cargo compartment are welded together as a whole, which has good rigidity and will not loosen even under long-term heavy loads.
When encountering difficult road conditions during the rainy season, this 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer has 16 tires that are grounded, with a large grounding area, making it less likely to slip and get stuck on wet and muddy roads. The center of gravity of the overturned cargo compartment is also designed reasonably, and even when unloading on uneven construction sites, the risk of overturning is relatively low.
This rear semi-trailer is shipped from Shanghai Port, with a normal voyage of about 25 to 30 days.
