Recently, a 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer has completed final assembly and commissioning, and is ready to be sent to Tanzania. The customer previously learned about our low flatbed semi-trailer through a friend's introduction, so they contacted the FEICHI sales team and confirmed the order after multiple rounds of communication.
We have discussed the configuration with the customer for several rounds. This 4-axle gooseneck lowbed semi-trailer has a high-strength manganese steel welded frame, with multiple layers of reinforcement at the connection between the main beam and the gooseneck. The steel plate thickness of the key stress bearing parts has also been significantly thicker than that of conventional models. The altitude of the customer's commonly used route gradually increases, with continuous potholes and sections on the road surface. After the rainy season, it becomes even more muddy, and the fatigue life of the frame is greatly tested by the twisting and turning of heavy vehicles. The effective load-bearing surface of this gooseneck low platform is only a little over one meter above the ground, and the vehicle's center of gravity is well controlled, making it less prone to tilting when driving on complex and bumpy roads.
Considering that Tanzania is located in the tropics, with high humidity and salt content in coastal areas, strong sunshine and large temperature differences in inland areas, the entire frame and platform surface of this 4-axle gooseneck lowbed semi-trailer have been sprayed with a dual coating treatment of epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, which can effectively resist salt spray corrosion and ultraviolet radiation. All rubber parts are made of materials that are resistant to high temperatures and ultraviolet rays. The customer chose yellow as the color, saying that it is eye-catching and safe on the road.
