Last month, the head of a heavy engineering logistics company in Libya contacted us and ordered a 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer. The client said their main business is transporting large heavy machinery and port equipment to infrastructure construction sites and port expansion sites.
This 4-axle gooseneck lowbed semi-trailer adopts a full width gooseneck structure, maintaining the same width from the gooseneck to the main loading platform, forming a continuous and wider loading platform. The platform is less than one meter above the ground and has a very low center of gravity. The low center of gravity design allows this semi-trailer to maintain excellent stability even when driving on rough and uneven roads. The slope of the goose neck transition section has been optimized to prevent the tracked equipment from scratching the chassis when driving.

The 4-axis layout of this 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer is matched with a thickened leaf spring suspension, with a rated load of over 60 tons. The reinforced chassis is made of high-strength steel and advanced welding technology, ensuring excellent structural strength and resistance to bending and torsion under harsh operating conditions. The suspension adopts mechanical suspension and is equipped with a pair of spring ladders at the rear. Compared with air suspension and hydraulic ladders, this configuration is more reliable and easy to maintain. The surface of the ladder is also treated with anti slip, so the equipment does not slip when going up and down.
The customer said that he compared several manufacturers at that time, including Chinese, Türkiye and European second-hand equipment. Finally, it was decided to place the order from us. On the one hand, the steel materials were solid and the welding process was up to standard. On the other hand, the price was reasonable and the delivery cycle was short. From technical consultation and configuration confirmation to drawing verification and shipping arrangement, it took less than a month. The intermediate customer also watched the production progress several times through video and confirmed the welding quality and paint effect before being reassured.
