Yesterday, a batch of 3-axle flatbed semi trailers were pulled from the factory to the port for shipment to Niger. The main business of this client is to transport cement, steel, machinery and equipment, fertilizers, and bagged grain from ports to various inland cities. He has been engaged in the transportation industry in the local area for nearly ten years. This time, he ordered three 3-axle flatbed semi trailers to replace some of the old semi trailers in the company and improve transportation capacity.
The main beam of this batch of 3-axis flatbed semi trailers is made of high-strength alloy steel, with a through welded structure and reinforced and thickened cross braces. The bending resistance and durability are relatively good. The platform is laid with 6mm thick patterned plates, which are wear-resistant and anti slip, and the goods are not easily displaced when placed on it. The 3-axis layout is matched with thickened leaf spring suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, with a rated load of about 40 tons, making it stable and not easy to shake when running.
In addition, flatbed trailers have strong versatility, making them suitable for situations where customers are transporting multiple types of goods. The rope tensioner hole in the middle of the board is designed with encryption, making it easy to tie steel pipes and mining equipment. The suspension system uses multi piece steel plate springs, which have a simple structure and are easy to maintain.

Considering the climate characteristics of Niger, the frames and platform surfaces of these 3-axle flatbed semi trailers have been treated with anti-corrosion and anti rust measures, and coated with a dual layer of epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, which can effectively resist high temperatures, ultraviolet rays, and wind erosion. The tail is equipped with LED combination taillights and has undergone waterproof and dustproof sealing treatment. The customer also requested the installation of side border guardrails and rear anti-collision bars.
At present, this batch of 3-axle flatbed semi trailers has been shipped and thoroughly tested and inspected before leaving the factory. All fasteners and circuit systems have been repeatedly checked to ensure that they can be put into use after customer clearance.
