Last month, a customer from Mozambique contacted us and ordered a 3-axis rectangular rear dump semi-trailer. He runs a logistics and transportation company in Mozambique and mainly buys this semi-trailer to transport ore, sand, and building materials from ports to infrastructure and mining project sites in inland cities.
This 3-axis rectangular rear dump semi-trailer uses a high-strength steel welded frame, with double layered reinforcement on the main beam. The customer specifically requested a rectangular cargo box this time, considering that the coal and ore transported in the Mozambique mining area have high density and many edges. The loading space utilization rate of the rectangular cargo box is higher than that of the U-shaped one, and it can accommodate a lot more in the same size. The carriage is made of thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates. The customer said that the edges of coal and ore are sharp, and ordinary steel plates begin to deform into pits after one year of use. Wear resistant steel plates can support for several more years.
The rear flip lifting system is equipped with multi-stage hydraulic cylinders, which have sufficient lifting capacity. When unloading, the material can be completely emptied in one go. The 3-axis layout is matched with thickened mechanical suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, making it more stable to run.

The design of this 3-axis rectangular rear dump semi-trailer is also very reasonable in Mozambique's road conditions. The three axles evenly distribute the weight on the tires, and each tire has less pressure on the road surface, making it less likely to sink into soft roads. Mechanical springs are also more suitable for suspension on bumpy roads, and can be repaired at various repair points in Mozambique without relying on imported parts. The center of gravity design of the overturned cargo compartment is relatively reasonable, and even when unloading on uneven construction sites, the risk of overturning is relatively low.
At present, this 3-axis rectangular rear dump semi-trailer has been produced and assembled, and is ready to be transported to the port for shipment.
