Recently, a 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer has completed production and assembly and is ready to be sent to Malawi. The customer has an engineering logistics company in Malawi and has a group of fixed mining and infrastructure clients. Previously, they used to make do with ordinary flatbed trucks to pull equipment. Recently, with business expansion, he wants to switch to a new 4-axle car and try it out first to see if it can be well adjusted and improve transportation capacity.

This 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer uses a high-strength steel welded stepped frame, with multiple layers of reinforcement at the connection between the main beam and goose neck. The steel plate thickness at the key stress bearing parts is also significantly thicker than that of conventional models. The axles are equipped with four heavy-duty axles, and the customer has chosen FUWA brand. The suspension uses heavy-duty mechanical steel plate springs, and the tires are equipped with 8 12.00R20 steel wire tires, with inner tube versions.

The customer also made several detailed requirements. They chose a mechanical ladder and specifically asked us to make it thicker and stronger. They also customized the color and logo, saying that they could spray the company's logo on it, which would be more eye-catching. After the frame of this 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer is welded and formed, it undergoes a complete rust removal process and is sprayed with two coats of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats of polyurethane topcoat. All pipeline joints are treated with galvanizing and anti rust coating.
We sent the complete video to the customer as usual before shipment, and the customer was very satisfied and said they could ship it now. At present, this 4-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer has been pulled to the port for shipment and can arrive in about a month and a half.
