Recently, a batch of 3-axle rear dump semi trailers have completed production and are ready to be sent to South Sudan. The customer runs a local engineering bulk material transportation company and usually brings some gravel, sand, and construction waste to the construction site and project. This time, they saw our product on our YouTube, and coincidentally, the cargo box of the dump truck they are currently using is worn and aging. When they saw our rear semi-trailer, they first bought a few to try.

This batch of 3-axle rear dump semi trailers uses high-strength steel welded frames, with double layered reinforcement for the main and auxiliary beams, and triangular supports specifically added to the rear flip lifting parts. The 3-axis layout, combined with thickened leaf spring suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, has a rated load of about 40 tons and runs steadily. The back flip lifting system is equipped with hydraulic cylinders, which have sufficient lifting capacity. When unloading, the carriage slowly lifts up and the materials are emptied in one go. A three axle car with 12 tires grounded has much better grip on wet and muddy roads than a two axle car. The center of gravity design of the overturned cargo compartment is also relatively reasonable, and even when unloading on uneven construction sites, the risk of overturning is relatively low.

A common problem with rear dumping is that the center of gravity of the cargo compartment is too high after lifting. If the unloading ground is uneven or the operation is improper, the vehicle is prone to tipping over. We have added a guide limit device between the frame and the cargo compartment, allowing the compartment to move along the longitudinal axis during the lifting process without shaking left or right.
We filmed a video for the customer before shipment, and they were very satisfied with our batch of 3-axle rear dump semi trailers. They said they would use the semi trailers as soon as they arrived and would introduce them to other friends if they were suitable.
