Last week, a batch of 3-axle flatbed semi trailers were produced and ready to be transported to the port for shipment. The client this time is the owner of a mechanical equipment transportation company, which mainly transports steel, cement, pipelines, and engineering equipment. They have ordered several flatbed semi trailers to improve the overall transportation capacity of the company.
Namibia has abundant mineral resources, and the ore is transported from the mining area to Whale Bay Port for shipment and export. This section of road is mainly transported by road, and flatbed semi trailers can be of great use on this logistics line. The ore and fine powder packaged in ton bags on the mine are stored on the platform, and are fixed by chains passing through the binding rings on the side beams. The alternating sections of gravel and asphalt roads are very stable.

This batch of 3-axle flatbed semi trailers uses high-strength steel welded frames, with the main beam and crossbeam reinforced and thickened. The platform is laid with 6mm thick patterned plates, which are wear-resistant and anti slip. The main beam of the frame is welded using high-strength steel automatic submerged arc welding technology, which has extremely strong bending and torsion resistance, and is not easily deformed even under long-term heavy loads.
The layout of this flatbed semi-trailer with 3 axles, combined with thickened leaf spring suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, makes it run more steadily. The three axle design effectively disperses pressure, reduces abnormal wear of tires and axles, and lowers maintenance costs. The tightening hole in the middle of the semi-trailer panel has been designed with encryption, making it easy to tie steel pipes and mining equipment. The simple and practical flat structure design makes loading and unloading flexible and convenient, with high efficiency. The tail is equipped with LED combination taillights, which have been treated with waterproof and dustproof sealing.

All aspects were discussed smoothly with the customer. Before shipment, we took videos and photos for the customer, and they were very satisfied with our semi-trailer. At present, this batch of 3 axles flatbed semi trailers has been sent to Namibia and will arrive in Namibia in about 35 days.
