Last month, a local engineering transportation company in Togo successfully secured the purchase order for our 3-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer. At present, the production and assembly work of this trailer has been completed and it has been shipped by sea to the port of Lom é in Togo.
Togo is located along the coast of the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa, with a narrow and elongated territory. With the continuous promotion of local infrastructure, there is an increasing number of road repairs and mineral development projects. Construction machinery and equipment need to be frequently transported across regions, and the demand for heavy-duty flatbed trailers in the local area continues to rise.

This 3-axle goose neck lowbed semi-trailer uses a high-strength steel welded frame, with multiple layers of reinforcement at the connection between the main beam and goose neck. The 3-axle layout is matched with thickened leaf spring suspension, with a rated load of 60 tons. The hydraulic ladder is designed with reinforcement, and the ladder surface is covered with anti slip and wear-resistant grating plates. There is no need to find a crane for loading and unloading tracked equipment and wheeled construction machinery. The hydraulic ladder is also very practical during the rainy season. Some entrances to construction sites become muddy and soft after rain, so placing the ladder on the ground can safely get the equipment up and down.
The design of the goose neck can lower the main cargo platform to below 1 meter. After installing the generators that are three or four meters high, the overall height of the vehicle can be controlled within 4.5 meters without being blocked by low power lines and elevated tracks on the road. The low cargo platform also lowers the center of gravity of the entire vehicle, making it much safer than a regular flatbed when turning.

This 3-axle gooseneck lowbed semi-trailer is expected to arrive in Togo in about a month. The customer mentioned that they will try it out first, and if it is suitable, they plan to purchase several semi trailers with similar configurations in the second half of the year.
