
Last month, a Yemeni engineering logistics company contacted us and ordered several 3-axle rear dump semi trailers. The customer has been in the logistics business for several years and has a group of fixed mining and infrastructure customers. The old model of the trailer used before was too old, and this time they are replacing it with a new 3-axle car to increase the overall transportation capacity.
This batch of 3-axle rear dump semi trailers uses high-strength steel welded frames, with double layered reinforcement for both the main and auxiliary beams. The carriages are made of thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, and the customer specifically requests that the bottom plate be thickened - because they often pull gravel and steel, which have a greater impact and wear on the bottom plate. If it becomes thin, it will quickly be smashed out of the pit or even worn through.
The back flip lifting system is equipped with multi-stage hydraulic cylinders, which have sufficient lifting capacity. When unloading, the carriage slowly lifts up and the materials are emptied in one go. The frame and cargo compartment are welded together as a whole, which has good rigidity and will not loosen even under long-term heavy loads.
The tires of this batch of 3-axle rear dump semi-trailer are also equipped with high-temperature resistant steel wire tires, which have much better durability on high-temperature roads than ordinary tires. The surface of the frame and cargo compartment has been treated with a double coating of epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, which should last for several more years.
These 3-axle rear dump semi-trailer were loaded and shipped from Qingdao Port in early July, and will arrive in about a month.
