He ordered three 4-axle flatbed semi trailers this time, saying that he wants to replace the old cars in the fleet that have been used for six or seven years.
Eight 12.00R20 steel wire tires were selected for this batch of 4-axis flatbed semi-trailer tires, and the drum brake shoes were widened. Some road sections in Qatar have undulations, and braking frequency is not low. Wide shoes provide better heat dissipation and slow thermal attenuation. The frame is made of high-strength steel welded together. The main beam and crossbeam have been reinforced and thickened, and a 5mm thick anti slip patterned plate is laid on the surface of the flat plate. The tightening hole in the middle of the plate is designed to be reinforced, making it easy to tie steel pipes and mechanical and electrical equipment.
After the frames of this batch of 4-axle flatbed semi trailers are welded and formed, they undergo a complete rust removal process, removing all welding slag, oxide skin, and floating rust. Then, they are sprayed with two coats of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats of polyurethane topcoat. All concealed areas on the inside of the frame and the openings on the crossbeam are treated with cavity wax spraying for rust prevention, sealing off all channels for salt spray and moisture to enter. The customer chose industrial white, saying that it reflects sunlight well and can lower the surface temperature of the tablet by a few degrees in the scorching weather of Qatar's summer. During loading and unloading, workers will not feel it hot to touch.
