Two 45 cubic meter aluminum alloy tankers have finished production. The whole vehicles are covered with protective tarpaulins, ready to be hauled to the port for shipment to Zambia.

The customer ordered these tankers mainly for refined oil transport within Zambia. They will deliver fuel from port depots to inland mining sites, town gas stations and project construction locations. With rough road conditions across the country, long-distance transport puts high demands on tare weight and corrosion resistance of tank equipment.

This 45CBM aluminum alloy tanker uses aluminum for the tank body. It has a lighter dead weight to increase payload capacity, and good corrosion resistance for long-term haulage of diesel, gasoline and other petroleum products. The tank adopts multi-compartment design, so different types of oil can be loaded separately. The robust frame works well on uneven African long-distance roads. Safety valves, baffles and unloading pipelines are fitted to meet local standards for oil transportation, keeping shipments stable and safe.

Before leaving the factory, the workshop carried out pressure tests for tank tightness, pipeline inspection and full vehicle commissioning. Delivery was arranged only after every detail passed checks. Once delivered, these tankers will help the customer improve local fuel distribution efficiency and build up the inland oil transport network. We will keep tracking the sea freight schedule and provide relevant technical support for vehicle operation after arrival.
