The customer is engaged in logistics transportation of building materials and machinery equipment locally. Their main business is to transport cement, steel, fertilizers, and machinery equipment from Dar es Salaam Port to Blantyre, Lilongwe, and various towns in northern Malawi. Sometimes they also transport some agricultural products. He purchased several flatbed semi trailers this time because of business expansion and thought that he should add a few more semi trailers.
This batch of 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer main beams are made of high-strength steel and fully automatic submerged arc welding technology, with good bending resistance and durability. The axles are equipped with three 13 ton level axles, and the customer has chosen the FUWA brand. The tires are 12R22.5 tubeless specifications. The suspension system uses multi piece steel plate springs, which have a simple structure and easy maintenance. The flat surface has been treated with anti slip, and the bottom plate is flat, suitable for loading various goods such as excavators, rollers, steel, containers, etc.
A row of binding anchor points is left every 500 millimeters on both sides of the tablet, and the tensioner is easy to fix, flexible and convenient for loading and unloading, and can be used for various operations such as lifting and forklifts. The entire vehicle frame and platform surface have been treated with anti-corrosion and rust prevention, sprayed with a double coating of epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, and the circuit joints have been treated with waterproof and dustproof sealing to prevent poor contact caused by coastal salt spray and inland dust.

After production was completed, we sent a video to the customer for this 3-axles flatbed semi trailer, who expressed great satisfaction. Before shipment, all exposed metal parts have been treated with rust prevention, and circuit connectors are wrapped and protected with waterproof tape.
