The tank is made of high-strength carbon steel material with a thickness of 6 millimeters and has been treated with anti-corrosion coating inside. It is divided into multiple independent compartments, and customers can load different grades of oil products at the same time. The tail of the tank is equipped with two static electric towing strips, which can timely guide away static electricity when driving on the road.

The frame is made of high-strength steel welded channel steel, with bolted connections and buffering pads between the tank body and the frame. The 3-axis layout is matched with thickened leaf spring suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, making it stable to run. Some sections of Libya's roads are in disrepair and have many potholes, with 3 axles sharing the weight. Each tire has less pressure on the road surface, making it less likely to damage the road surface. The impact on the frame is also more uniform.

Considering the climate characteristics of Libya, the frame and tank surface of this 3-axis oil tank semi-trailer have been treated with a double coating of epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat. All rubber components are made of materials that are resistant to high temperatures and ultraviolet rays, and can withstand road temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius in summer.
