Recently, two units of flatbed semi-trailers have been finished and are ready for shipment to Peru. These flatbed semi-trailers are customized for a Peruvian customer, mainly used for transporting construction machinery and long‑distance general cargo.
The customer had bought flatbed semi-trailers from other suppliers before. Those trailers rusted very fast and had poor stability, which made the customer quite disappointed. Later, the customer was introduced to us by industry friends and came to know more about our product quality and durability.
We know that Peru has many mountain roads, rough road conditions, high humidity and frequent heavy rain. So the trailers need strong load capacity, good anti‑deformation performance and excellent anti‑rust ability. Based on these local working conditions, we recommended this type of flatbed semi-trailer, which is very suitable for heavy‑duty transportation and harsh road environments.

The main beam of our flatbed semi-trailer adopts high‑strength Q345 alloy steel, with strong bearing capacity and a service life of up to 8–10 years. We use automatic submerged arc welding for the main beam, and the steel plates are integrally formed without splicing. The whole structure is solid, stable and not easy to deform even under heavy loads. The full‑coverage painting process provides great anti‑rust performance, which can well adapt to the high‑humidity and rainy climate in Peru.
At present, the two flatbed semi-trailers have been packed and are waiting for shipment. The customer spoke highly of our design, workmanship and delivery speed. We believe these reliable flatbed semi-trailers will bring stable and efficient transport support to the customer’s business in Peru.
